Fark Labs Tekmer and Mercedes-Benz Turk Ventures have joined forces to strengthen the mobility entrepreneurship ecosystem. The Mobility Acceleration and Investment Program will help transform innovative mobility initiatives into global and scalable success stories.

Fark Labs is a global innovation and transformation hub that aims to build a better future for all. It leverages its parent company, Fark Holding’s, 54-year industry experience and forward-thinking perspective to help enterprises, entrepreneurs, and investors in leading innovation. Fark Labs is a hands-on incubation, acceleration, and investment facility that assists startups from conception through launch.

After becoming a TEKMER (Technology Development Center) in November 2021, Fark Labs is expanding its pre-incubation, incubation, acceleration and investment programs within the framework of TEKMER. We are excited to launch the first accelerator and investment program in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Turk; one of the most prominent institutions in the automotive industry.

Mercedes-Benz Turk Ventures x Fark Labs Tekmer Mobility Accelerator  and Investment Program aims to develop Turkish startups and help them scale globally.  Innovative mobility startups will have access to Fark Labs’ global network of academics, public institutions, venture capitalists, and angel investors, as well as Mercedes-Benz Turk’s industrial experience, technical know-how, and global network. The Mercedes-Benz Turk Ventures fund, established to support entrepreneurs that will shape the mobility world, will boost innovative energy in the mobility sector and develop breakthrough initiatives into international scalable success stories. In 2022, Mercedes-Benz Turk Ventures will contribute 2% of Mercedes-Benz Turk’s overall R&D expenditures to Turkey’s innovative initiatives in 2022.

We believe that the sustainable growth of Turkiye and the world is possible with the development of technological and innovative initiatives that benefit nature and society. Seeking mobility startups to create change

Mercedes-Benz Turk Ventures x Fark Labs Tekmer is looking for initiatives that will create change in the mobility world. This program is open to Turkish startups at the Technology Readiness Level 6, focusing on connected vehicles, mobility solutions, big data analysis, cyber security, vehicle testing and simulation systems. Application Deadline May 8

Applications for Mercedes-Benz Turk Ventures x Fark Labs Tekmer Acceleration and Investment Program will be accepted online at https://www.farklabs.com/mbtventures until midnight on May 8, 2022. Startups that pass the pre-selection process, which will be completed at the end of May, will be able to participate in a six-week training and mentoring program. Following the program, the ventures to be invested in will be determined after the Bootcamp and Demo Day in July.
