It is no less colourful than our logo. We are together with not only those who think over smart transportation technologies but also those who develop a passion for cooking healthy and delicious food. Tourism is within our expertise as well as the social benefit arising from woman-focused social initiatives. The colours of us are even much more than those in our logo. Different age ranges, surprising career backgrounds, personalities quite unlike from one another…. Because colour and diversity is the biggest richness for Fark Labs.   



Just have a look at Fark Labs’ colours. If you take a step back and put a direct eye on them, it seems as if they would be clearer, the lines would be more obvious. But no, this is not the case – borders will always remain flu, with colours entangling within each other. We call it not uncertainty but a flowing state. We remove barriers before channels through which fresh ideas and projects flow, nourishing one another. For us, the best description of the creativity is to make connections among things which are unrelated on the surface. We believe in acuteness emerging from togetherness. 



The sense of being not completed is not a fault on its own, but rather a value the Fark Labs embraces. A sense of knowing we are not perfected – always driven by the need for surpassing ourselves and wishing to quest and find the better… What takes us beyond the limits is somehow these “gaps” in our perception. Three white pieces on the logo of the Fark Labs represent such breaks in continuity, though sometimes painful, we hug without a shadow of doubt. Our gaps are at the same time our fertile environment for growth. We want to achieve a harmonious growth both within ourselves and for our new business partnerships – we want to shine but also getting others to shine, we want to gain but also make others gain. 

We care for gaps as they provide spaces for new people and new ideas.   


We are committed to put forward our values before everything else, both within ourselves and also with all our contacts no matter who they are. We call them 5Ps: People, Purpose, Progress, Passion, and Persistence.

People: No matter how complicated they are, it is people who establish companies and systems. Everything depends on people; starting and ending with us. We always welcome and hug people who appreciate integrity, transparency, principles, reliability and shared intelligence.  

Purpose: Short, medium or long term… Fark Labs always pursues a goal. What keeps us dynamic is our goals, our destination. When we are burdened with hesitancy or pessimism, we turn back and look at this place. The point where we started first. 

Progress: We wish to see a future better than today. Fark Labs is always on the track, progressing on its road. 

Passion: A source of energy is essential for both goals and progress. That source is our passion, born within ourselves and feed us, the passion we share generously with others whenever needed. 

Persistence: Is life as easy as it appears on paper? Of course, not. Don’t you come across some slopes, stones or barriers as driving? No matter how challenging the road is, we face it and persist in going on. Sometimes we need to break stones on our roads, sometimes we need to open new paths where we take a breath and refresh ourselves – but we always and always try and continue taking our journey with persistence.

The Fark Labs dream was built upon the principle of adapting to change, and even more, to drive transformation itself. With 50 years of Farplas experience behind us, we are determined to solve newfound and complex issues regarding mobility that lie ahead of us. There is still a lot that we don’t know about the future, which is why I define Fark Labs as “the place where we innovate the unknown”.

Even though our driving point is issues regarding mobility, our aspirations aren’t limited to only one field. If I was to put it in one sentence, Fark Labs is a transformation machine.

So, what are we attempting to change? Ourselves, first of all. This is why our focus is based primarily on mobility. Our main sponsor Farplas, to put it shortly, specializes in manufacturing automotive parts. Since this field transforms itself every couple of years, the sector’s name changes with it too, becoming mobility instead of automotive. Mobility is the new movement, and we embrace this movement by creating an innovative and flexible establishment like Fark Labs.  

We do pretty much everything you could think of about mobility and what it encompasses. To those who are unfamiliar with the term mobility, we introduce CASE: Connected, Autonomous, Shared, and Electrified. These are the key factors in ensuring success in mobility. Connected platforms analyze the data that are collected by vehicles to make them more meaningful. We do this with Comodif, one of our inner investments. Our investment company, F+ Ventures, is a learning establishment that we built to better understand the mobility/entrepreneurship sector. We learn as we invest, both prior to it and after. 

We chose to call ourselves a laboratory because calling us a “holding” would make us sound dull and monotonous. On the contrary, it is very much possible to create change in a small laboratory. This is exactly why we brought together our profits from 50 years of experience, forgot that we were a “holding,” and embarked on our journey to reinvent the future of mobility technologies. 

As I mentioned before, our investments contain a wide range interests and technology. We exist beyond mobility as well. 

In the coming age, one of the most vital aspects of business will be human resources, or simply talent. There will be times where the employees of a company will test the company rather than the company testing its employees. This is of course if you are good at what you do. We chose to call this Talent/Ability and decided that Fark Labs should have such a division. I’m also the creator of Arya Women Investment Platform and no matter how women-focused Arya may seem, it is in reality below the ability category. Digital transformation has begun but it is not yet completed. We know that 75% of especially large companies aren’t able to conclude the digital transformation that they initiate. This means that there is still a lot of progress to be made in this field. We gathered our investments regarding hotel, cuisine, and art under the Food & Culture category. Each of these aspects are gathered together under the umbrella of Fark Labs where they find their place and purpose, organized by innovative techniques.
