About Zeynep Young
Zeynep Young is an experienced executive and investor in the technology sector, focused on enterprise software, with a strong track record of driving growth and improving profitability.
Zeynep has 25 years of experience in the US as a business executive and entrepreneur, having founded and scaled multiple technology companies. She is currently an Operating Partner at BuildGroup and serves as the co-CEO of its SPAC. Prior to this, Zeynep served as a CEO of three companies, with three successful exits in the last 10 years. She has been an investor in early tech and later stage growth equity companies, and has experience working with innovative startups as well as advising multi-billion-dollar public companies.
Zeynep was Portfolio Director, Texas for The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation from 2005 to 2009, and began her career at McKinsey & Company in 1997. She received her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and her BA from Rice University.
