ChargePoint is an electric vehicle infrastructure company that develops and markets hardware and software solutions for accessing a national network of electric car charging stations. It is creating a new fueling network to move people and goods on electricity. Since 2007, ChargePoint has been committed to making it easy for businesses and drivers to go electric with one of the largest EV charging networks and a comprehensive portfolio of charging solutions. Today, one ChargePoint account provides access to hundreds of thousands of places to charge in North America and Europe. To date, more than 110 million charging sessions have been delivered, with drivers plugging into the ChargePoint network every two seconds or less.

Fark Labs invested in ChargePoint at Series F in May 2016 and Series H in November 2018. ChargePoint has raised a total of $929.2M in funding over 13 rounds. Their latest funding was raised on Mar 1, 2021 from a Post-IPO Equity round. ChargePoint went public in through a reverse merger with with special-purpose acquisition company Switchback Energy Acquisition Corporation, with a market valuation of $2.4 billion. ChargePoint continues to be led by President and CEO Pasquale Romano and the existing management team.
